Jonasz Stern
1904 - 1988 A Polish painter, graphic artist and teacher of Jewish descent. A co-founder of Grupa Krakowska (Maria Jarema, Adam Marczyński) and Grupa Krakowska II (i.a.Tadeusz Brzozowski, Tadeusz Kantor, Jerzy Nowosielski, Jan Tarasin). A winner of the award granted by the Minister of Culture and Art (1979).
