1927–2012 A Polish painter, draftsman, teacher, critic and essayist. A Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. A winner of Jan Cybis Award (1976) and Kazimierz Ostrowski Award (2004). Decorated with the Gold Medal for Merit to Culture Gloria Artis (2012).
