Tadeusz Dominik
1928 - 2014 A Polish painter, graphic artist, sculptor, teacher, creator of artistic textiles and ceramics. A Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Decorated with the Officer?s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta (2004). A winner of Jan Cybis Award (1973), a holder of the French government`s scholarship (1958-59) and Ford Foundation`s scholarship (1961-62).
