Koji Kamoji
b. 1935 Polish and Japanese painter, author of objects and installations, living and working in Warsaw. A graduate of the Musashino Academy of Fine Arts in Tokyo (1958) and the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (1966). Since 1965, he has been actively participating in artistic life, representing Polish contemporary art. Since 1967, he has been working with the Foksal Gallery in Warsaw. Winner of the Cyprian Kamil Norwid Award (1975), the Jan Cybis Award (2015) and the Katarzyna Kobro Award (2020).
