Edward Krasiński
1925–2004 A Polish painter, sculptor, author of installations and environment. He cooperated with artists from the Krzywe Koło Gallery in Warsaw. He co-founded the Foksal Gallery in Warsaw (with Tadeusz Kantor, Henryk Stażewski, Zbigniew Gostomski, Wiesław Borowski, Anka Ptaszkowska and Mariusz Tchorek). A winner of the Polish AICA Award (1998).
Works in collections i.a.: National Museum in Warsaw, Kra- kow, Wrocław, Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź, Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, Tate Gallery in London, Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, National Gallery in Prague, Tokyo Metropolitan Art Gallery.
