Privacy Policy of Starak Family Foundation

The Starak Family Foundation, while abiding to the applicable legal provisions and good practices, presents to you the information on the processing of personal data required by the 10 May 2018 Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws 2018, Section 1000) and the 27 April 2016 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

 

  1. The administrator of the personal data is the Starak Family Foundation (SFF) based in Warsaw, 6 Bobrowiecka Street, 00-728 Warsaw, entered in the register of associations of the National Judicial Register with number KRS 0000287225.
  2. SFF can - depending on what the data subject is engaging in - collect the following personal data:
    a. email address and IP of the person emailing the data;
    b. full name, address and phone number of the person providing these data for contact purposes.
  3. The personal data can be processed - depending on what the data subject is engaging in - pursuant to:
    a. Art. 6.1.a GDPR - consent for the personal data to be processed in case of the email contact by the data subject to enable a reciprocal contact;
    b. Art. 6.1.b GDPR - actions necessary to be taken upon the request of the data subject prior to and following the conclusion of a contract;
    c. Art. 6.1.f GDPR - legitimate interests of the Financing Party and the Contracting Parties being to mainain contact and exchange business information.
  4. Personal data is not provided to any third-party states and is not used for the purposes of automated decision taking, including profiling.
  5. The provision of personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary for the purposes of establishing contact and performing whatever the data subject requests to be done.
  6. The personal data provided as per section 3.3 above shall be processed until the expiry of all the claims.
  7. Personal data can be provided to the following recipients: SFF employees and associates, organizations providing to SFF IT, accounting, legal and consulting services, but solely for the purposes for which such data have been provided.
  8. Every data subject has the right to access, correct, remove or limit the processing of their personal data and the right to object to such processing, and the right to transfer such data and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory body.
  9. Every data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the compliance with law of the processing effected under such a consent before it has been so withdrawn.

 

The service uses cookies
