Marian Warzecha
b. 1930 Polish painter, author of reliefs and conceptual actions. The initiator and organiser of discussion sessions and seminars regarding connections between art and religion. A co-founder of Grupa Krakowska II (Jerzy Bereś, Tadeusz Brzozowski, Tadeusz Kantor, Jerzy Nowosielski, Jan Tarasin, Jerzy Tchórzewski). In his work he used mathematical problems.
Works in collections i.a.: National Museum in Warsaw, Krakow, Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow - MOCAK in Krakow, Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź, Felix Landau Gallery in Los Angeles.
