Jerzy "Jurry" Zieliński
1943–1980 Painter, poet, author of happenings and objects. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (1968). In 1965, together with Jan Dobkowski, he founded the “Neo-Neo-Neo” group. Participant of the Art Symposium Wrocław’70. He died tragically at the age of 37. His painting combine pop art with the aesthetics of the poster. The subject was rooted in the criticism of the political and social realities of The Polish People’s Republic.
