We look at the other person with more attention. We give support, respect and understanding. We smile at each other more and extend a helping hand.
Maja Zielaskowska (4th grade), Aniela Walczak (4th grade), and Antonina Kubicka (2nd grade), who study at the Visual Arts High School in Grudziądz, by developing a common educational-artistic project, speak about tolerance, respect, closeness, and mutual relations.
They use images and words. In their actions they convey very important messages about diversity, expressing oneself and one's own emotions.
Maja, Aniela and Antonina presented the finale of the project in Równik - the Teofil Kosiński Rainbow Centre of Support and Integration in Toruń.
They demonstrated a community of action that resulted in goodness! In fact, we can create goodness every day, not only on holidays.
The "Interview with Drag Queens" project is one of the mini-projects that make up one big project titled "Leaders of Art", which was awarded a grant in the second edition of the "Wena" Grant Program competition with the main theme of "Closeness and interpersonal relations".
We would like to congratulate and thank Dr. Iwona Liegmann, the teacher in charge of the grant project, and the very creative team of three: Maja, Aniela and Tosia.
